An initiative in formation, not an operating association.
NASPT began forming in 2026 and is in its founding year. The councils, the standard of practice, and the credential described across this site are the work being undertaken.None of them exist yet.
That includes the way you reach us. Membership is not open, partnership agreements are not being signed, and inquiry channels are not yet staffed. Publishing an address before someone is behind it would waste your time and misrepresent where this is.

These are structural commitments rather than current operations, and they are worth stating early because they shape everything else.
NASPT will not place candidates, sell training, or sell software. It will not accredit or endorse specific training vendors, and it is not intended to compete with employers' internal programs or their university partners.
The association defines the standard those programs build toward, and certifies the people who meet it.
National Association of Semiconductor Process Technicians
A national workforce initiative formed in 2026, being established as the professional body for semiconductor process technicians.
Its founding work is designed to be grant-funded rather than dues-funded, so that the standard of practice, the competency framework, and the workforce research can be published openly rather than sold. That is a structural intention for how the association should be built.
Legal and financial structure, governing documents, and council rosters will be published as they are established.
